Have they changed their blend? There have been many complaints and side effects from their coffee. Has anybody experienced this?

When I am trying to stop drinking coffee, I buy one of those and, as I don't have the guts to throw away things I paid for till I finish it, I pretty much stay without coffee for a couple of months!
