I know this is FAR, but holly crap, these are now priced at $22 for 16 pack and $30 for 24 pack at OD/OM ..Is it just me or did inflation just hit big on these now.. Lowes has the cheapest 16 pack at $12.97 and 24pack are still $16.24, at Walmart, but the 16 pack is up to $14.48 at walmart and you coud PM those. I recall these less than $12 before this month at walmart and amazon where I would normally PM....
If you are not going to the store to recycle, two of the 24 packs and that 20% coupon, comes to $48, and that gets you free shipping.. All of the prices I am talking about are the AA sizes..

Just buy them FAR, and then use the rewards to buy ink or toner with Price Match to Amazon. I see it perfectly fine to do it that way.

When battery prices go up 10%, the sales tax colected does as well. I agree about PMing the on spending on the rewards, but I do it on both sides. I pm on what all the others on SD call over priced battery prices regularly and in this case, I noticed a eye opening price increase. Last month a 16 pack at wallmart and amazon was about $12 and change. Today it is $14 and change.. A big price jump on something I buy regularly.. It is yet another example of infation trickiling down on every aspect of our lives.
The tax man gets 2 bites of the apple. When you buy the battery pack and when you spend the rewards.. Tax man loves inflation.
After the rewards points hit your account, can you use them to buy more batterys in a subsequent purchase?
Does Office Depot take 3rd party/ off brand cartridges?

These were I think 10 bucks for 2 XL black and a set of colors. These were just refilled cartridges I believe.

I'm talking about returning the emptys. Saw a video back in the day showing how big the market is/was on return cartridges. Had tons of them on my big brown truck with prepaid return labels.
