The magnet for reattaching the loose spray head is very strong. You have to put your fingers between the spray head and the magnet area so it doesn't slam against it.

Returned it, spray was very weak "darn water restrictions" plus only one spray setting was usable for showering due to above. The magnet causes piping to move in wall when pulling down the handheld head.

You can remove the restrictor. That's what I did with ours. No issues here

I guess I've had better luck than others. I found the shower kit in-store in chrome. The water pressure is fine (I live in an area that struggles with drought and am happy to do my part by cutting back water usage everywhere I can). I, an over 50 short woman, have no problems removing or attaching the handheld sprayer one-handed without causing damage.

You could have removed the water restrictor with pliers.

This is a great showerhead, as long as you drill out the yellow water restrictor. Angle of shower heads are adjustable, definitely feels like a much more expensive showerhead.

Agree this thing is horrible unless you take out the restrictor. After that it's great... have 3 of them now.
