Cart bags don't have kickstand legs or straps. Assuming you always ride in a cart, they are cumbersome for some people.

I'm with you, but there's a large enough population of people who either can't carry or are lazy, and as such, don't require straps or legs.

I have the Nike Air Hybrid (which I think is the slightly bigger version with 14 way divider) and I like it a lot. Quality is pretty good. I usually ride, but I'm tempted by this for a lighter option when I want to walk a full 18.
