every uhd bluray I had saved in my cart (several for many months) which previously were an average of 20-35% off are now all full price (mostly box sets)... lame.

So, it does actually apply to preorders, but they won't activate the deal. You would need 2 eligible titles in the cart in addition to any preorders. Then it will give you 20% off all of them.

Wow, can add a dirt cheap movie then get 20% off a complete TV collection, pretty sweet deal. Especially since it works on pre-orders (looking at the Brooklyn 99 Blu-Ray Complete Series release.)

Wonder how refunds work if you cancel or return one item? (Target 's B2G1 cancel trick is nice but I'm guessing Best Buy is not gonna be as generous)

Unless they changed it it takes out the full value of promo so if you returned the cheap movie in this scenario you could end up owing money

It says it excludes preorders, so knowing them they will fix it at some point.

So for this deal pre-orders don't work. Next if an item is on sale it'll give you the better deal not add onto the sale price. I recommend getting items never on sale. Good luck

odd, trying to get hurt locker and green mile and didn't work, tried green mile and up and also didn't work. do you have to be a total tech member or something?
