Just ask to speak to the store manager. The people working in that department don't have the authority to sell the floor model, but the store manager usually will sell the floor model. I have bought several floor model items successfully from HD and Lowes after talking to store manage

Shut up, fool. This is a 5 star grill. It's "small" if you're cooking for more than 4 ppl, but that's it's only con. I've had mine for over 5 years. I use it several times a week. Only issue I had was due to my own lack of maintenance. I had let the grease build up and I had a massive grease fire that warped one section on the bottom that wouldn't allow the grease tray to slide in and out. Guess what...Weber sent me a new firebox for FREE.
