This might be a dumb question, but are these good, or at least halfway decent actual running shoes? Or are they just sneakers for everyday use?

These are fantastic running shoes. Easily in my top 3 favorite trainers and they're also super comfortable for just everyday wear too. I have two pairs: one for my training and another for casual wear. These are killer for the price!

I've used them before and received everything byt some things I ordered didn't come in the right color. I would think there wouldn't be much issues with shoes hopefully.

This is without doubt the best pair of running shoes < $150 msrp and easily outperform Adidas and Nike's main line. Great versatility and great energy return. Heel-toe drop is a bit much to me but the midsole is simply superior. Relatively light, just right firmness and breathable upper. I ran 3 half marathons in it and ran ~20+ miles/ wk with floatride energy. Currently own and rotate 9 pairs of running shoes and 3 of them are its variants.

Grabbed 2 more.

These are great running shoes. Took mine to almost 500 miles and now use them as everyday sneakers. I was a little hesitant because of the price but they hold up with other daily trainers. I liked mine better than nike pegasus, brooks ghosts, and mizuno waveride.

They're decent for light running... preferably walking shoes.
I have noticed that the best running shoes for $50 and under are Asics and certain New Balance.

These are such an under rated running shoe. They are in my top 3 with asics gel nimbus, and brooks ghost.
