Found this book discounted from regular price of $10.99 to $4.99.

Might not be a slick deal, but good enough for me as I try to get the whole series.

Thank you for posting. I started this series at 12 in 1992 (yes,I'm a boomer), and to this day it's my favorite story. This post will get lit up with "skip books 4-12" or something. Ive read through the series several times and find new links or details every time (or my old brain leaks and I already knew but forgot). $5 for a copy is well worth it. Thanks OP.

Same. I own the whole series in hardback and have read it a few times. An average reader will probably take 1 or 2 years to complete the whole 15 book series.

BTW, the Amazon series covering the first book of the series is a horribly written hollow shell of the story, with little that really resembles it other than the names of the places and some of the characters.

Thanks, OP, I'm also trying to collect them all on Kindle. I have 1-5 and 14, now.
