7-11 has some of the worst pizza I have ever attempted to eat. My standards arent exactly high either as I will engage with good ol lil ceasears every now and then as well.
Probably as safe as anywhere, just don't eat off the tables directly. We did get Noravirus once after eating there, but that's possible to get anywhere and is easy to get. We still go there as we enjoy the variety, but we wipe tables down ourselves with Clorox wipes now.
Could it be bc it's the worst food on the planet? Even when I was poor and drunk I wouldn't eat this junk
