Put this back in the title like the OP had! The OP was pretty clear that "Only eligible U.S.- issued Delta SkyMiles® Gold, Delta SkyMiles® Reserve, and Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express® Cards are eligible." There's no evidence that this offer is available outside of the Delta-cobranded cards, so stop luring those of us with different cards.

This offer could work different, but in my experience with Amex offers the credit shows up within a few days of the charge hitting your card (not pending, but actually charged).

Not on mine and I usually get all of the good offers. figures though they'd offer this after I paid for that bundle full price and without ads for several months and then canceled to use only hulu by itself on my $1/mo acct.
