Something doesn't add up...
A new script is needed asap.

Eh...I bought the WH XM4 (used) with a 2yr warranty on ebay last year. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. Have all accessories and whatnot.

I don't have a current flagship, but do enjoy saving money. Paying full price for everything is silly

You got any deals on refurbished 2022 flagships? No? Didn't think so.

These absolutely support ldac on my OnePlus 8T. You may need to change settings somewhere.

No Apple products of any kind support ldac.
Trying to use it on the same device. how is the experience? This will be my first real upgrade from the cheap $50 buds from Amazon.

Beware that some of these buds have a "ringing" issue while listening to audiobooks or calls. This is not noticeable while listening to music and can only be heard during the above use cases.

If you get a good pair, these are the best ANC IEMs in the market right now and are well worth the price.
I also bought these refurbed and they have the ringing issue. When it is purely listening to anything with speech, it's actually headache inducing. I'm trying to justify keeping it since the ANC is so good.

I returned it for the same reason. Return and rebuy.

There is a reason these are half off what I paid a few months ago, they suck. Highest volume level is barely perceptible, they don't sit in the ear that good, quality of the sound is what you could find in a $30 headphone. If you're going to spend the money get the Bowers and Wilkins.
Exactly and I'm a big Sony fanboy . Returned them right away for the exact same things you mentioned.

Figures. I just bought these from this seller yesterday after thinking about it for over a week.
For my Sony wh1000xm4 purchase, they retroactively applied the discount for me and sent a refund. Send them a message on ebay.

I bought these and returned them same week (would have been same day if it was local)

If you are a samsung galaxy owner (note, s series, fold)-these headphones SUCK. they dont utilize HD codecs (Aptx, LDAC etc)

i dont know how these operate on iphones but the sound stage was very dull and my 3 year old samsung buds (non pro) were superior in sound quality and noise cancelling via thick ear foam LMAO

What a shame, I love sony headphones otherwise

Cliffnotes: I do not recommend Sony XM4 if you are a samsung/galaxy phone owner
Why can't you use LDAC? It's an option when you go into developer options.

So many refurbs for Sony, Jabra, Bose and on and on and on. Doesn't mean much.
