Just to add to your response:
- The XM4 is Bluetooth 5.0 vs 4.2 on the XM3. I don't know if this really makes a difference.
- The XM4 supports a "speak-to-chat" feature (which pauses audio when you speak). I personally do not use this feature myself. I have it on my WH-1000XM4 and found it a bit "unpredictable".
- The XM4 removed support the AptX codec which is supported on the XM3. This might be the biggest consideration for some.

I have both. You're primarily paying for the USB-C and the ability to pair with more than one device. Other than that when I A/B them, there's no discernible difference in sound quality. Noise cancellation allegedly is a bit better but I'm not really buying it. The XM3 was among the class leaders as it is. So maybe it went from 9.2/10 to 9.5/10?

Bought mine from them back in November. Work perfectly, came with accessories and looked new. I still wiped them down with a lysol wipe (because used headphones) but they looked new and were only $150.

Bought mine from them back in November. Work perfectly, came with accessories and looked new. I still wiped them down with a lysol wipe (because used headphones) but they looked new and were only $150.

They are. I can wear them for hours on end, sometimes with eyeglasses on, with no issues. I have a big noggin as well.

got the XM3 like new condition on CL for $125 about a year ago. great headphones! i am sure the XM4 is just as great, and at such a low price.

Bought one of these charging port melted. When I sent for warranty repair they said it was water damage and would not fix them after talking with a manager they refunded the price of the headphones. Moral of the story is they came to me with water damage which you never can tell until there is a problem
