You can see it in same-day (if it's available at your zipcode's store)

I've been using this modem for a long time, I've also recommended and had multiple friends and family buy and use them. I've not had one that had a ton of outages/ needing resets that weren't caused by the cable company itself. If you know your service is good, chances are you got a bad modem. Again, I've personally gone through, used and setup 5 of them if not more. Never a single issue.

I use Cox as well. 3.1 is backwards compatible with 3.0 So it doesn't matter in that sense. It has nothing to do with "not handling your slow speed." It's either the modem, or something to do with your line coming in. If you used the Cox modem, was in the Panoramic or older? Anyways, if you used theirs, and there were no issues, then that tells me the modem is faulty, which absolutely can happen

This is fantastic information. Thank you. Now I just need to find a modem that would go with my 150 mbp Cox connection and deco M9 mesh. That way hopefully my stupid august door lock won't keep dropping wifi connection.

Any idea if stores in PNW have it at this price? Online price is still $120 after coupon.

Your modem having issues and a wifi device loosing WiFi signal are completely different issues. You may want to research and test a little more.

If you're dropping WiFi, as in the connection is loss and "bars" are dropping, that's a router (mesh) issue. When it's the modem that's the problem the WiFi (bars) are steady or full strength it's just nothing coming through.

Appreciate if whoever finds them at this price post the city / ZIP / Store location so that others could try to get one too, instead of a wild goose chase across all Costcos. Thanks!
