The 10% promo is stated in a couple places on the bundle page. $23.33 after 55% coupon and 10% promo code. The promo code appears to be single use, but the coupons appear to be multi use.

Don't expect to receive five SD cards with the bundle option. That "5 pack" graphic is an error. Even the first camera shows "5 pack", and no one should expect to receive five cameras. It's just a coincidence that "5 pack" appears over the SD card in the bundle option.

Well, I'll get a good laugh, maybe some public shaming. The bees themselves will act as a booby trap. I think these kids just saw the hives and wanted to do some vandalism. They did it during the winter, when the bees won't move much, and the numbers were smaller. If it's cold enough, the bees don't really move at all. Doing this during the summer is a completely different story...

Quality good enough to get license plates if I put this under my mailbox?
My city has 30+ ALPS (Automatic License Plate System) to track cars in and out of the city and all the police need is the license plate number.

They catch thieves as long as somebody gets the license plate number and the suspect is still in the city when the police enter the number in their system.

I agree with many readers that the WiFi is not very useful for most people. The camera cannot be setup to use an infrastructure (home) wifi, it just is used to create a point-to-point wifi link to your phone if you are close enough. RTSP and ONVIF are streaming protocols that are used by many infrastructure cameras, not at all relevant to this device.

That's ridiculous. You can't prove who was driving.

I don't have to. As long as you give the license plate numbers fast enough that they are still in the city police will stop the vehicle and find stolen items. They've caught porch pirates, catalytic converter thieves, mailbox thieves, and home robbers. Most have a weapons in their possession. As long as somebody gets a license plate the police will follow up. They also scrutinize older cars with paper plates more as they try to get around the ALPS. It's not perfect but enough to deter entry-level theives.

It's worth trying this one out and if it's garbage I'll send it back.

OP gave the probable cause to stop the car. It doesn't matter who's driving. It's highly likely that the perpetrator would be driving. The city has the infrastructure to find, catch, and search the car. Sounds like they catch the thief based on other findings as well. If you have illegal weapons, stolen car, or drugs, you'll be booked whether you were driving or not.
