This is what preppers should be stocking up on. High protein. Calorie dense. High fat. The salt is not bad as long as you live an active lifestyle and sweat during your workouts. Not a good product for sedentary people, in fact high salt and cholesterol from this product may very well contribute to hypertension or stroke. Probably best to ask your doctor before consuming if you are sedentary.

I prefer to get the lower sodium Hormel hash and I'm willing to pay the premium over this sale price. And I have ten socked away already. But good find!

Canned corned beef, but not like that nasty Libbey. Chunky, relatively closer to boiled corned beef. Usually overpriced these days though. Asian-ish Costcos sell bundles (10 or 12pk?)
$24/6 cans at my Asianish costco

This stuff is awesome. Throw a can on a griddle, let it sit till it burns, flip it and the same, throw some eggs on it and your good to go…Taste amazing, but horrible for you.

Be weary of dented cans which may have spoiled.
Damn it. Now I need to go get me a dang can. Thanks 🤨

So freaking good with an over easy egg and an English muffin. Too bad I haven't been able to eat anything this unhealthy for years. Something everyone should try at least once though.

Too much fat and salt? In for two cases! Love the Walmart Great Value corned beef. Anyone know what company makes that?

Worth reading the one star reviews at hormel.com. Complaints of greatly reduced quality, half filled cans and cans filled with grease. Hormel won't show the required nutritional labeling. The summary they do give states "SERVINGS PER CAN: VARIES". wow.
