These are pretty good headsets. I ordered this to keep at work for music and the occasional Microsoft Teams meetings. Not sure if it's a mistake on the listing or their shipping department, but they sent me a "Recertified" headset. Just a heads up in case Woot sells this headset again. I've contacted their customer service to see if they can send me a actual new retail box (shipping department mistake) or just refund me if they never had new ones (listing mistake)
