I purchased two around Thanksgiving and both were missing the chargers, and one was missing a pin/latch to keep the handlebar stem locked in position. Woot did not have the parts so back they went.

That isn't a very inspiring experience. Too bad, as this otherwise looks like a decent deal if the scooters are in good shape.

I did a bunch of research, the ES3 is an ES1 but with an extra battery. ES2 and ES4 are better, but they're all lemons as they all have the circuit board issue that will just brick yo scooter.

Basically, don't buy this.

ES1/3 are foldable. ES2/4 are not.

I bought this back in November and it came looking new. Still had protective stickers. I absolutely love it and would buy it again in a heart beat.

I bought 2 of these in November. They have been great for me! My kids love them and I also ride them a couple times a week. Battery lasts a long time and does great taking me up steep hills. They're gonna be great to have when summer comes around.

This is not correct. All have folding versions. The rental/Bird versions are the ones that don't fold. I have an ES3 Plus myself but it is identical to the ES4.

Mine bricked itself today, after 1,500 miles or so.

Looking for a replacement. May get a g30p, but it's not worth it to get "refurb" with the current deal

The actual ES3 is basically the Bird ES4 with fold added.

Yep, I got one. Board fried 2x, but they repaired it both times under warranty and removed the software governor which increased speed to 19mph. Been great since.

I got on this last time from Woot. Mine was basically brand new - had like 5 miles on it. Has been working perfectly with no issues. Woot also had a $20 off coupon and for some reason sent me a bluetooth speaker for free as well. Worked out great for me.
