You can get a Gigabyte RTX 3050 on Newegg right now for $380 + $10 shipping. The RTX 3050 has more VRAM and DLSS so it's the better card, even though performance is otherwise the same as GTX 1660 Super.

3050 is a better card for gaming. 5% faster at 1080 and 10% faster at 1440.

Nice hash profitability calculator shows daily income 99 cents for GTX 1660 Super and 59 cents for RTX 3050. That's not much income either way.

It's hands-down one of the most efficient mining cards on the market. Current deflated price isn't everything.

Reason: not an attractive product any more now that 3050 is out an intermittently available at similar if not lower prices (especially at microcenter)

If you really want 1660s, microcenter also sometimes restock those at 329+/-
