The $13 rolls are SainSmart 1.75mm 250g Flexible TPU 3D Printing. You can get 1kg on Amazon for $25 no problem.
The other filament are $23 for 1kg of PLA which is normal, maybe even expensive for PLA.
Unless you think SainSmart products are better than the rest, don't bother with the filament.
