It's not available for sale as "new" anymore from Microsoft directly. When buying codes it's from "old" inventory which is still valid an can be redeemed. Whether or not this site is trusted reseller I can't advise, just saying that you can NOT buy the game "Forza 7" directly from Microsoft. There haven't been much news on when Forza 8 will be available so whether or not to wait is personal decision.

Old 2017 game, maybe Amazon prime gaming will give it away in the future. Forza Horizon 4 is a better deal at keys.

Really fun game. I was a serious Sim racer back in the day (as in hours of practice every week and scheduled races every week) but nowadays I don't wanna deal with the wheel and pedal setup and this game is perfect for me.
