The T2.2 maximum aperture enables working in difficult lighting conditions and offers increased control over depth of field. In harsh lighting conditions, a multilayer coating is also used to reduce flare and ghosting for greater contrast and color accuracy. It has a printed focusing scale that aids with prefocusing techniques. This manual focus lens permits working with subjects as close as 9.8" away.
Our research indicates that this offer is $101 lower (25% savings) than the next best available price from a reputable merchant with prices starting from $400.

If you're looking for something like this but with more open aperture range it might be worth considering options like the SLR Magic Cine (though the distinctive IQ and flare handling of those lenses is not for everybody) or if you can find one, a Duclos modified Voigtländer Nokton 25mm f0.95. Both regularly come up around this price.
I've also been impressed by the samyang 24mm cine t1.5, though its optics are designed for a larger image circle than mft, so it might be too large depending on how you're rigging.
The reason I'm hung up on aperture is that because this is MFT, the lens posted will only give you the minimum equivalent DoF of a 50mm t4.4 when wide open, which can be quite limiting depending on the type of filming you're looking to do.
