Just picked this up at Home Depot, and it's like a solid deal on a robust 5-tool starter kit. Similar to recent FP post, but adds the Oscillating Multi-Tool & Adjustable Flashlight for only $20 more. All tools and batteries are guaranteed for life under Ridgid's Lifetime Service Agreement.
The Home Depot tool dept guy said this 5-piece kit is brand new to the store - there were 5 in stock, and he said that they came in within the past week or so.
For me it was a sweet spot of price/quality: slotting in above the Ryobi hack-pricing, and a noticeable step up in quality + the LSA. The tools are all brushed, but a great start into the Ridgid ecosystem nonetheless. (And the lifetime replacement policy cures any fear of brushes wearing out.)

7 1/4 is much nicer to have/use. Probably matters little at the end of the day. Great deal and nice that it comes with the multi tool and not the reciprocating saw.

For me that brings it up, but the item link then times out. If you have a HD nearby and want one, it's worth a shot.
It's a new prepackaged kit, so something is broken on their site. It retails for $269 (still a reasonable price) so if the deal was dead the page should just come up with that price.
