Also very important to note: "Only open to users who haven't tried Spotify Premium before."

I had premium a few years ago, and I received the following message: "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan."

Edit: Yes, I'm very well aware that you can create a new account. Just calling out an important section of the fine print.

I have dealt with WM CSR and they always took care of issues without giving me the run around. and this was even prior to Walmart+. They are nowhere near atrocious

I'm regretting Walmart +. I've done 14 orders and 13 were missing SOMETHING. THE refund is instant but still. My last order was $60 and $23 worth of stuff was missing so I STILL had to go to the store. Of my 14 orders 5 were also late by 2 hours. Also tips aren't included so add $4 for that. That said, I got a year so I'm happy for Spotify

I had two experiences with Wal-Mart CSRs (not+) recently. In both cases promised something and then did not deliver.

One was a refund on the Almond milk screw up.

Another was a return label for something they screwed up and wasn't normally returnable.

Neither one came.
Far as my experience with Walmart+ they have both times refunded me the whole order they messed up I was actually impressed I only expected to be refunded the items that was wrong however they refunded the whole 60+ and let me keep the stuff that was dropped at my door

same here let me guess billing escalation. Finally after a month of 10+ emails, I threatened credit dispute which got their attention?

We have placed probably 50+ grocery delivery orders and while we had a couple issues most were good. My suggestion if possible is order it for delivery around 1pm on a weekday. This keeps the delivery from being pulled by a high schooler who generally doesn't care. We did have 1 that the order never came at all and was canceled and was a $200 grocery order. We have a ton less issues ordering weekdays mid day though. As for the tip, not sure why you thought that would be included when it isn't anywhere else?

I don't generally care for walmart at all but of the grocery deliveries, they were the one that has been the best for us (I am also sure this varies from location to location). Several others don't do the promotions on the items, charge higher prices for the same items than in store, then charge a delivery fee and ask for a tip. Walmart is the monthly/yearly fee (covered for us by our CC) and the tip.

Because when Walmart + was still in pilot, no tips were allowed. Even now, some areas pay like $149 and tips aren't allowed. I only order on weekdays 9-10am. Maybe it's just my area?

U don't have to let them in ur home if you don't want

Are you paying $10 for express delivery? I'm upset with w+ because I can't manage to get a grocery delivery without paying for express, it's always fully booked for grocery delivery.

Hilarious looping if you have the Walmart app on iPhone. Browser opens app opens browser loop.
Anyway, getting a 'no healthy upstream error on Spotify end'.
