Similar pricing at Eneba and Green man gaming as of yesterday when I was looking for this.

I ended up just buying directly from Sony since they have a sale currently (until 3/18 I think?) for $44.99 for 12 months of PS+ and I decided I'd rather pay the extra $4 to ensure A) I don't get stuck with a used code from a reseller, and B) I'm not giving yet another seller my PayPal or credit card information.

Ultimately your call if it's worth the extra few dollars savings to buy from a reseller like this.

They said that I failed the verification when I provided 2 different photos of my ID card. They couldn't give me a valid reason as to why this was declined.
