The $189 is a lie. They are always around $89. I hate misleading stuff on SD.
One point of note for running these indoors: propane is a wet fuel. When propane is ignited the leftover residual element is water vapor. So, if you run this in a really small space that could be prone to moisture damage by way of mold and mildew build up (campers, RV's tiny homes, etc) you may want to factor this into your use case scenario.
I'm just glad that Mr. Heater isn't inflating his education credentials like a certain Dr. Pepper has been known to.

This comes up every thread, yes these are indoor safe. Yes you should keep a CO monitor with the heater if you plan to use indoors as cheap insurance.

How far should the CO sensor be from the heater?

These were about $75 at Costco recently, but I think Costco included a 5 ft hose and filter.

Dual small tank ones? Or single with hose to hookup 20lb tank? I thought it was more like 100
