To start, is really hard to find a decent unit at this price point that seamlessly allowed you to connect to internet. With this device, you can simply hot spot off your phone - that's super easy - since it has Wi-Fi.
It's also Android, so you can install (almost) any app you need. YouTube, Browsers, Gmail, etc. Personally, don't care for so many apps but many of the regular audio brands don't give you full android to install what you want.
My experience with customer service is incredible with them. They are very responsive and when I had an issue I couldn't fix, they sent me a new replacement nearly a year later (car just had a blown fuse).
Downside I would say is RAM. Pay for more if you can because it can lag a bit. Also, to get carplay or Android auto, you need an additional dongle. It is annoying using Spotify, Maps, etc. when the font is tiny but my workaround is using Google Assistant. One button and I say "navigate to..." and it saves me from typing.
Really happy with this unit just wish I got a version with more RAM.
Been doing some research and it looks like UIS7862 is the fastest SoC used in these China HUs.
For about $200 you can get a UIS7862 with 3G/32GB and 1080p backup cam from aliexpress. Other than significantly lower risk from buying from Amazon, is this a better buy than a higher spec no name device from Ali?

As others have said as well, speed was a big issue with it and if you can pay for more ram always make sure to do so as a laggy head unit gets annoying fast.
Lastly and in my opinion IMPORTANT, I would create a dummy Google account to use on it if you plan on downloading anything from the Play store. The reason for this is anyone that uses your car or has access to the head unit will also have full access to anything associated with your Google account such as Gmail should they choose to download the app on it.
I want one but, unless I know it has a good dac in it I feel like I'm wasting money and taking a huge risk.
