190 calories but it's 15 grams of fat, 11 grams of protein, 4g of fiber, 8g of erythritol (13g of carbs). So 15 x 9 + 11 x 4 = 179 (estimate). So they're saying 13g of carbs is 11 calories roughly? Because 16g is from fiber (which would be close to 11 given 4 and 9 above are estimates) and erythritol is a sugar alcohol which your body doesn't really process?

Basically. 13 - 4 fiber and 8 erythritol = 1 net carb. They're allowed to round down on some numbers so the other few calories could be from that.

I've not been impressed with any of the 'Quest' products. In the case of Peanut Butter cups, I find the Reece's Zero Sugar version to great at filling a craving without wrecking my Keto diet. While the suggested serving size is 3 mini cups, I get by with just one and that hits the spot.

Quest nutrition in 42 gram serving:
Calories 190
Fat 15 grams
Saturated fat 9 grams
Carbs 13 grams (1 net)
Protein 11 grams

Reece's nutrition in 42 gram serving:
Calories 220
Fat 13 grams
Saturated fat 4.5 grams
Carbs 24 grams (22 net)
Protein 5 grams

Reece's are less than $1 a pack and these are about $1.35 on this deal. It's up to you what you want in your body and what to spend but hope this helps.

45% of your daily value. Im not saying thats good, because its not, but saturated fats are everywhere. Steak, hamburger can easily double to triple this. I know you're thinking, 'yeah, but thats a steak' well eat a 42gram steak with about the same saturated fat and tell me which is better.

I don't eat meat so, I guess I need a different comparison.
