Love these for storage BUT I will say, coming from the Rubbermaid set that's nice and stackable, the fact that the lids are clumsy and don't stack is a huge put-off. Also, once nested, the plastic the containers are made out of tends to like itself and to not want to come apart. I haven't had one break, and they seem pretty resilient to staining. I'd buy more to replace all my old and broken-ish ones (the other style) but the lid stacking/lack thereof is a really bad aspect you don't anticipate.
I'd say the best spot for these would be a cabinet to store dry goods.
I bought this set before once at ~$19 and once ~$24. not too long ago (within past year or two)
It hasnt gotten to $19 again but i think sometimes it dips back to $24ish. Ive been collecting these over time. I have some even bigger containers too. Awesome how the lids fits the 2 sizes and very durable and air tight. These are good containers.
My approach is to stack and nest the bottoms of the medium containers then put the tiny containers and all lids in the big container. Big container lid goes under the big container. All stored in cabinets. I dont have enough space to use the big one in fridge.
