Called QVC and found out it was cancelled due to a fraud alert. Apparently, if you create a new account and make a big purchase item their system automatically closes your account. This is ridiculous.
Rep told me in order to make big purchases in QVC in the future, I would have to make multiple small purchases first. Ridiculous! Done with QVC!

Got as far as selecting payment method. Had created an account. Killer deal.
EDIT: was able to re-add to cart, got fully into a Paypal checkout screen. F-me I don't need to buy this thing.
