We have a C1 (65") and that one didn't come with a wall mount. I agree with pfgiv that it's included with G1. Unless the 77" is different, but I watched an unboxing video for the 77" and didn't see a mount in it.

It could take time. It took CEVA three days to update the status of my shipment. Have you tried chatting with them? Their chat team was helpful when I asked questions.

I chatted LG 2x both reps said yes, called in they said no, and to email them with my request. Seems like they don't know whats included or not.

It's not included. The G1 comes with a specific mount designed to pull the tv as close to the wall as possible, like a piece of art, in a "G"allery. The C1 has never come with a wall mount. The C1 come with feet. The G1 does not come with feet, only the wall mount

This is what happened to me 3 days ago. They ended up changing the status to backorder right after someone called back after leaving message.

Exact same situation here except I got a callback after leaving a voicemail. I actually have 2 charges that were "pending" and now they don't show up but my available credit is lower now. I was given the number to call CEVA.

Are the shipment emails coming from QVC or CEVA?

My order still says "In Process" and I haven't received any emails. Called QVC today and was told that the carrier picked up the TV on the 14th and just to wait to hear from them.
