regarding microtransaction, I preordered the base game, just got 3 cars and have not bought any credit since, granted I am not going to be buying any of the legendary showroom car anytime soon, you can still enjoy the game without those cars as there aren't races that requires them I don't plan on buying any credit since I am not one of those people that needs to collect every single car, from the start, I have bought the 1st car, a pickup truck for one of the cafe menu and a s600 honda and s2000 honda from used car dealership because I want to, both easily attainable if you drive a few races and you have enough credit for it, I mean some folks want to grind for hours just to get 1 legendary car, i rather get gold on my license test and races and buy them down the road when i collected everything else
I too ordered the anniversary edition. Was already in a mindset to where I just keep the money and use sparingly. But of course I missed out buying the Impreza 22B when I found out you can only obtain that through the used car dealership and have to wait for that to show up again.

micro-transactions usually help with development of the game. But most of the time, it's more for posting seasonal ads or mini events rather than actual debugging.

In the end, it's probably better than Diablo 3 where they decided to pull back on buying rare items via microtransactions to where the seasons really are just one dev tweaking stats and then wiping everyones character to start all over with collecting.

How does this wheel/paddle compare to the Logitech G923? Trying to decide which one I should buy.

Be aware of the always on line requirement of GT7 and the stupendously expensive microtransactions....

Microtransactions are not bad. Game makers have to make a living. You as the end user constantly decide what your free time is worth.
Been playing mobile games for years, FGO the longest (which I believe Sony made more profit from it than any console game), along with console games.

Mobile vs PC/Console is like Multiverse of Madness. Mobile games are all about microtransactions and nowadays pretty much everyone accept that fact. It's like you can pay for a train ride to go faster or you can walk your way. We do that everyday in living.
Personally, I've never paid a dime for any "F2P" mobile games, I just enjoy walking slow and care less how much other like to pay to win.

Console gamers might want to accept that as well or companies will move more resources to mobile/microtransaction platforms which has become bigger earners for them already.

LMFAO Forza Is NOT better than Gran Turismo...😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Have both. No reason to mislead anyone. Watch the video and decide. Forza is sharper, better sounding without question, and a much better interior detail.

If you've played GT7, you'd despise the lack of ability to sell your cars, the comically horendous rally driving experience (little jumps makes the car erratic and uncontrollable) the paywalls, and completely unrealistic upgrades (adding upgraded steel brakes to a car with factory installed carbon ceramics?) and the fact the only upgrade that makes a handling difference is tires?

I do like the ray tracing, shadow/reflection detail, wet driving, etc.

Anyone own this wheel? I think it was marketed as more budget than the t300rs, which I enjoy after a firmware update and reducing force feedback strength to reduce motor stress.
Would you like to buy my boot licking simulation game? It comes with 3 boots to choose from. There are 80 other boots you can buy via microtransaction.

for the experts and people who play racing games a lot:

how do you mount this? is this just tabletop on a desk or small table or do those special stands/brackets really make a big difference?

my kids love racing games at like Chuck E. Cheese (I mean who doesn't) and trying to see if this there's a way to re-create a bit of that if possible

FYI, Game requires to be connected online to play single player.
sickening games industry, I'll pass on this and never ever play anything with this DRM. I'll never ever play a game that takes 800 hours to unlock tracks and cars LOL

Microtransactions are fine for a free to play game, not a game that already costs $70.

It's really crappy that none of them do, with how expensive they are. I think there is some kind of 3rd party adapter thing I've heard of that let's you do it, but not sure how well it works.
I haven't tried it with PS5/XSX but my fanatec PS4 base with a McLaren wheel works on PS4, Xbox one and PC. The base lets you switch between compatibility modes for each platform. I know it's not the same as this and those components are not cheap but just wanted to mention that it is doable.
