I have used fish fertilizer before but not this brand. Keep in mind if using it for your lawn or shrubs, this stuff stinks. Your neighbors will hate you, and you will likely attract wild animals to your property. If you do use it, it may be a good idea to do so at dusk so as to minimize neighborly offense. Otherwise, it works great as fertilizer and helps boost soil organisms if you're into lawn care
