Let's take a flash poll. If you hate Walgreens damn website & confusing on purpose BS checkout system LIKE 👍 this post. Just mess around with different options, I got it to work after changing options & stores, just try to be logical, it will work. The ship to store for free option IS AT THE END PAGE OF CHECKOUT. YOU CAN'T SEE THAT OPTION UNTIL THE LAST PAGE OF CHECKOUT 👍😂😂😂 F*****S

Unable to replicate, now all Walgreens stores require $10 minimum for pickup after coupons and promotions.
Follow-up: need to select Ship to Store instead of Pickup to remove $10 minimum.

While there is no additional fee for Pickup, you must reach a $10 minimum estimated subtotal at time of checkout (after promo codes and paperless coupons are applied and excluding tax) to qualify

Hi, if you do the adding to the cart as written in the op, you don't need the minimum.

You select it later in checkout. If you choose items from the "More" link, there is a possibility what you picked does not qualify. But you pick the items that are linked directly in the OP, those will ship to store for free.

Thanks. Once I followed all of the directions.... proceed to checkout and then select ship to store, I saw all of the discounts, just as you said
