I've been using this product for years and it's always been a thick jelly-like viscosity. But the last refill bottle I got was so fricking runny.
It squirts out the pump because it's so damn diluted.
You know how the dispenser has like 1/2" gap from the suction line and there's always a little at the bottom of the bottle (probably by design) so you get the refill or you dilute with water to try and use that up.
The latest bottle I got was the entire bottle with filled with this diluted crap. I could not believe it.
