For reference, 13 gal is a typical size bag for a kitchen trashcan so yes, these are bigger.
Like the size of a gallon of water 30 times ...not super big.. 39 Gallons and up are alot bigger in the can

But for $4.48 for 25, I'll give Hefty a shot.
Really? I use these as liners for a cat litter box and have not had a tie rip/break in well over a year of using these, and the contents get mighty heavy. I've only had tears due to cat claws, which is completely expected.
