Have had these in my cart for several months waiting for them to come down to this price again. 22,000+ reviews with a 4.6 star average. Looking forward to trying them out.
In for one. I got my son a pair of Harmon Kardon NC headphones a few months back. No transparency mode and the ANC is mediocre at best. These sound like a good deal + good features including transparency mode + 3 difference modes of ANC.
They are good for the price. They do not compare to Sony on ANC or with Sennheiser Momentum 3 on sound quality. Battery life is great. Multipoint works well. The clamp is non-existent for me. I found that the ear cups tend to get warm after a couple of hours of usage so they might not be a good option if you live in a hot climate.
In for one. I had the Q20 in my cart for a while wondering if they would be worth it but deleted those & got these. I'm glad I saw this bc I probably wouldn't have looked any father at different Anker models, & the app with customizable EQ sold it
I have these and love them. I don't have a high end pair to compare to (these ARE my high end pair) but I think they're well worth the money. I just bought a pair for my brother amd my niece at $80 and consider it well worth it. Great battery life, good sound. Noise cancelling works well.
Overall they're a great set of over the ear headphones especially in this price range. One of the few that have multipoint connection and an app that provides firmware updates and allows fine tuning of your sound. Rounded sound but definitely more on the bass heavy side although this can easily be adjusted with their app.
Not the best in either ANC or transparency mode but far from bad, it's good.
My only gripe is that even with a big head the clamp is lint strong. That could be a pro for some as I've had headphones that get uncomfortable after a whole due to the clamp.
One call out is the plastic breaking but I've seen that complaint more on the newer q35 not the q30's.
I'd definitely recommend and would buy again especially at this price
Overall, I'd have to say these are very good. I originally bought them with intentions of using them while only zero turn, but they definitely keep your ears a bit warm when in-use for a while. Have chosen to use them for my work computer and watching TV quietly at night. ANC is pretty darn good for the price point and transparency mode is nice. Decent passive noise cancelling, too. Sound quality is on the "good enough for me" scale. I'm no audiophile, so it's hard to comment further. Microphone is way too sensitive, as I always get complaints of the smallest noise when using them during meetings.
Ended up being sold on these thanks to this guy's review.
If you have a larger head I would pass on these. The plastic headband will crack and break after a while from flexing too often.
I hope not. But every single pair of headphones that I have purchased in the past have broken on me. I am hoping these will last.
But I do wish the ear area was slightly bigger and perhaps more oval in shape, don't get me wrong... I do have a big head and these are comfortable enough to where all day... but I have had more comfortable.
Lastly, there is not a known issue about these breaking like there have been with the last gen of Sony's high end earphones.
Just don't manhandled and put through the wringer and you should be fine. And yes, I have heard of the cracking but the Q30 and Q35 are basically the same and the people that complain of the cracked headphones (braking soon after warranty ends) are the minority and not the majority.

This is the second best price I have seen. Best price was $91.00.
There are benefits to the Q35 and I would seriously consider spending the money to get this model. But you will still be happy wiith the Q30.
I have a pair of the q35 which I use all the time.
