13.3" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), multitouch-enabled, IPS, edge-to-edge glass, micro-edge, BrightView, Corning® Gorilla® Glass NBT™, 1000 nits, 72% NTSC, HP Sure View integrated privacy screen <-- An IPS panel with integrated privacy screen is a contradiction in my opinion. Only purchase this device if you value the privacy screen. I have actual experience with this model and know that the moment you shift off directly viewing the screen, image quality immediately degrades. There is a key that supposedly turns it off but all it does is raise the brightness. The privacy filter seems to be hardware based and therefore cannot be turned off. Returned my unit.

That's my question too, but, it seems like previous comment highlighted a very crucial point of Privacy screen thing, which put off lots of people so I guess Costco still a better deal.
