These are a great faucet for the money. We bought one when it was sold under the Bio Bidet brand years ago. (Still the same faucet from the same company, they just changed the branding because who wants to buy a faucet branded "Bidet".)

I installed Energizer Lithium batteries and they have lasted three years now with heavy use. They are not hard to change but I was hoping to still delay it as long as possible.

The valve on ours failed and the company was willing to send us a replacement with little hassle. At the time it failed it was at the end of the 3-year warranty. The Home Depot site shows a 5-year warranty which is quite good considering they honor it.

The only problem is if I go somewhere and try to use the kitchen faucet, I'm trained on this one so I just end up waving my hand at it like and idiot.
Put a couple of brand name alkaline batteries - I've been running mine for years. Your rechargeable could be old and why you need to keep replacing them. The whole point of this thing is the motion activation.
Added this 2-3 years ago for around this price. One of the best upgrades we've made. Highly recommend.

I feel you on that last part - I had motion activated trash cans, and I would wave at other peoples' garbage.

Same with slamming the toilet seat down once I got the "slow close" ones. 🤦 ♂️😅

Instead of batteries use an old USB charger and connect the black to negative, white to positive and call it a day.

Got some years ago. Had an issue with a slow leak by the handle and they sent me the replacement part right away.

Got a second one for a family members a couple of years ago and working great there too. Both times at this price.

Oh, and the batteries last. I'm still on my original set and keep forgetting to change them. Hopefully tonight I'll do it.
Mind sharing how you changed the cartridge to stop the leak at the handle? I I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the step down flange after removing the bonnet nut. It's basically the last step before pulling the cartridge out. Thanks!

Back alive some of them. The industrial one $10 lower and they wouldn't do a price adjustment. Will have to take one back but I'll be sure to open the box so they can't sell as new 😝

It's at $136 now which may still be a deal, if anyone missed it?

I'm almost tempted but I'm too annoyed at not getting it when I could've.

If you bought the Flow Motion Activated Spring Neck Kitchen Faucet for $189 last week, it's now $178.75 for today only. You can buy and return the previous one you bought if you want the extra savings!

I ended up replacing this with the Moen one currently on sale at Costco.

What I don't like about this one is that the handle needs to be open for the sensor to work. And on top of that, with the sensor at the off state, opening the handle doesn't cause water to flow, I need to activate the sensor for water to flow.

The swivel also feels very cheap, there is very little resistance.

Super old thread and bump, but I finally got this faucet installed in my new kitchen. I noticed that the battery pack terminals were damaged when I inserted the batteries, and when I took the batteries out it broke entirely. I bought a 6v 500mah DC power pack from Amazon, and some barrel plug wire terminals and hard-wired the faucet. Plugged it into the top plug on the garbage disposal outlet. Now I will never need to change the batteries!
