Most coolant now is either HOAT or PHOAT. Gm, and maybe a couple others still, still use OAT.

This coolant is a HOAT coolant. So no phosphates. But can be mixed with phosphated coolant.

If you have a car with OAT then use store brand or Prestone which is still classic OAT. But this will work in HOAT and PHOAT cars just fine.

No, you can mix as is. This has no extra dye. So its a green/yellowish default color.

I don't believe so, especially if it's a temporary fix - how long has it been since you had your radiator flushed ❓, but I'm not a mechanic.
