This is not true. The amounts of health and missile given is random. Far from full tank. I've gotten 50, 100, and 200 health when I've used them. Still useful in very tight boss fights. A full health would be a game changer. Unfortunately, these aren't game changers.

Thanks for that, I only saw my son do it once and they both went to 100% so I just assumed that was always the case.
