Screen is 250, colors are a bit dull. Biggest issue is back light bleed on these. I have yet to see one without it.

When Dell's spec doesn't say anything about it, it is virtually always 250 nits and under.

Looks decent for the price, but curious to know how many nits the screen is. I assume this has a thunderbolt port?

Not sure about the screen brightness, but it does have Thunderbolt 4.

I believe your Amex credit will be reversed and no longer can be used if you return.

It's crazy as this is what should be the price and it was the price for the same product for years with 8GB and HDD instead of SDD

You can check the exact configuration by downloading their service manual for this particular model. A lot of the Dell laptops we see here are Inspiron 15 3000. That is called the series. What is the model for this unit? The model is a separate number. Dell normally doesn't give the model number on their website page. The series designation doesn't tell you much. With the model number, you can download the service manual. The model number is 4 digits, i.e. 3505. When you have the model number go to the following support link and enter it. There may be a way to figure out the model number from the information here. If so, I don't know what it is. The model number will give you most everything you want to know about this unit. If you enter the series information, the system will give you a general manual without many exact details.

This unit probably has a second slot either SATA or M2. It has two 8 GB sticks of RAM. Dell generally says 16 GB is max but I suspect it would take two 16 GB sticks. You would have to try it.
