I'm pretty sure it will be locked. I purchased an iPhone 13 on visible in November 2021 and that was locked for 60 days.

I ported my number from MetroPCS back in March when Visible was running an iPhone SE promo for porting your number and getting $200 in Virtual Gift cards and Apple Airpod3 after making 3 on-time payments. I just checked with visible CSR (called for some other reason) but I was told the promo is not attached to my account and I have to produce a statement from my old carrier (which is not possible due to losing access to the online portal) to confirm If I ported the number.
Is there any recourse besides filing a complaint with FTC and state authorities? I do have all the screenshots of when I placed the order.

When you ported to visible, visible would have sent you 2 emails with the below subject lines. Use them to prove to visible that you ported your number

1. Xxx-xxx-xxxx is ready to transfer to visible
2. Congrats, Xxx-xxx-xxxx is now visible!

I got the email this morning saying that I got my reward. I logged into my account on the web browser and both codes appear on my account overview page.

Did you pay in advance or was May 19th your actual 3rd month due date? I paid in advance last May 20th but no codes received yet. My due date will still be on May 27th.

I setup automatic payment and the 19th is when it charged my Amex. The payment didn't get applied until the 21st per my payment history.
