This knife used to frequently hit 30 dollars all the time in the past. However the last few years that price has been more and more infrequent, and the price has hovered in the low to mid 40s since Covid.
According to the 3camels, this is the best price in the last 9 years. This knife went frontpage in 2018 for 30 bucks. https://slickdeals.net/e/11355915-victorinox-8-fibrox-pro-chef-s-knife-30-free-shipping?src=Si
I'm very happy with my Mercer Forged Chef knife, otherwise I'd get another one of these!
