Just a heads up. That TV is 328.00 @ Walmart. If you can price match it and still bundle might save some. If not looks like these two items from Walmart would be 4 bucks cheaper. 328.00 for TV and 178.00 for soundbar = 506.00.

Think of it as in area 75" is 5625 sq in where as a 85" is 7225 sq in. So 7225-5625 is 1600. Then 1600 divided by 5625= 28% . Where 850/650 = 1.30 . So 30% more material used to make panel. Costs 28% more . Good 2% value . But you already knew that

Your math is off quite a bit. 70" = 2092 sq inches of viewing area. 75" = 2407 sq inches of viewing area. Therefore, the 75" costs 30% (850/650) more for 15% (2407/2092) more viewing area. IMO, unless one just wants the larger 75" panel, the 70" is a better buy @ 31 cents per sq inch of viewing area vs. 35 cents per sq inch of viewing area for the 75".

Is this a good deal? I have a 2017 m series Vizio 65" + 5.1 sound bar, and am pretty happy with it, but got an inch for an upgrade. 75" and atmos soundbar sound like it would be a fun upgrade. I'm not an audiophile

The M series Q6 is not good and Vizio soundbars are super glitchy. I've had 3 and every single one has had issues. On one the sub started crackling/distorting and eventually the whole thing died after 5 years (5 years ain't terrible). One has issues with Wi-Fi and it's chromecast functionality is worthless. The third's sub makes a pop whenever it turns on (has auto on/off) except this sucks sense it will turn on in the middle of a show many times. All of these issues aren't unique to me. There's multiple threads on them.

I like how the soundbars sound but I'm done with them. Considering this TV is very meh and has a junk OS and the soundbar is also a Vizio, I'd avoid this deal no matter the price.
