If you like flat bacon (I do) try baking it in the oven. It comes out great and you can also sprinkle brown sugar on it for candy style.

So, just sort of "curious minds want to know" question and since I am vegetarian, I wouldn't have any reason to try an experiment.

If you have an induction cooktop and since this is cast iron, would the induction field heat this and cook the bacon from the top or too far above?

Use this as a tofu press to squeeze out the water. Make tofu steak or bread it and fry it. Check out "tofu katsu" I'm in omnivore but this is a winner

Heat up cast iron with this on it, cut your bacon in half and lay it on the pan, put this on top. No need to press, no need to flip the bacon.

Looks like this size is for one slice of bacon cut in half.

What juices mofo? The fat in the bacon? Don't you know that has to render out to cook anyway?

You ever eat a smashburger, mofo? Go on, say it wasn't delicious one more time!

Reverse the image so I can "brand" things, then we'll talk

Maybe, the idea is that, they will be able to read it in the mirror when you brand them :-)

My experience. Bacon doesn't curl up a whole lot on a griddle anyway so this is kind of unnecessary. Just use a burger press you already have. Personally I wouldn't want a press with all the bumps and ridges to keep clean.

That depends on the thickness of the bacon and the fat content.
