Wondering if the latest patches have increased the value of this game by 50%? Perhaps it's the reality of the current-gen upgrades.

This is a good price for a game of this caliber. There's been tons of patches and fixes since launch. Very enjoyable on PC. Should be similar on the X.

BUT, being SD and all… I believe this was less than $10 with steelbook case from Best Buy a few times last year.

It's time to open it! I bought it at $10 too , waited for the pt h and I just finished the game yesterday after I've been playing it a month. Definitely a really good game. And at $15 it's still a great deal. I'm looking forward to some DLC

OP mentions Series S version but this is a disc so it isn't playable on that console. Right?

Yeah. That was my mistake. CDPR offered free next-gen upgrades for Xbox series consoles, and I didn't take into consideration when posting that series S is digital only.

Yeah that's how i got burned with this stupid game. I bought a physical edition for my xbox one s at launch but it was barely playable. I waited a year to try playing it after all the updates and it wasn't the worst, but I finally upgraded to an series S a few weeks ago and just realized there isn't a way to make the physical disc edition playable on series S. I assumed they would give you a code or something and give folks a digital copy for the series S if you bought a disc version but I was mistaken. Now I'm scrounging for a cyberpunk digital edition on the cheap so i can finally play it on the series S. No luck and the game is still $60 most places for digital. WHY?

$15 is my "buy" point but this game wasn't for me.

Got the Best Buy version with the steel case. Played it a couple of times and just didn't appeal to me. The voice acting turned me off and the storyline was just OK. The game would quit every 20 hours of gameplay or so.

One of my favorite games, I didn't buy the hype, I just know what suits my style. I rarely finish a game and I'm on my second playthrough with this on the Xbox One. I paid near retail with no regrets. Patch 1.52 for Cyberpunk 2077 is being rolled out and will soon be available across all platforms!
