I have this and for what I use it for, it's actually pretty capable. I think I paid closer to $100 about 6 months ago but it's just fine for using the web and a few apps.

They have been clearing these out ahead of the MT8186 and MT8192 models, I assume, and I don't want to get another Chromebook with 4GB RAM. But that price is excellent.

These make great throw around laptops and ya can't argue with the price. Most would be surprised how much Chromebooks can do these days especially with the Google Play store. I picked up my first one back in 2013 just to mess around with and it didn't take long for Chromebooks to completely eliminate my need for Windows. At this price, there's really no reason not to have both these days.

My old Acer Chromebook no longer gets updates and the battery doesn't hold much of a charge anymore but it's held up to 6 years of abuse. I have a $10 Best Buy promo credit, so time for a replacement.
