Still waiting for my refund almost two weeks later. I already know I will have to call these people a third time to request a refund for service that was never provided.
Put Boost on your naughty list. Not everyone is going to have my experience but whatever deal they're offering is not worth how inept their CS is now.

they are moving over to at&t and these sims and plans are under the att network, so a different department handles this. their regular phone lines go to their TMobile servicing department.

Having said that, I got a new number from them and am having troubles trying to port it over to Visible. The reps at the 1-833 number had absolutely no problems giving me the account number and pin (multiple times), but for some reason the porting process keeps failing.

I've gone through this circus a few times - call Boost rep to get acc/PIN, update this information with Visible's online rep, and they'd submit another request to their porting specialists. I'd get told that a specialist would look at it in the next few hours, and then crickets.
