It took 3 phone calls totalling just shy of 3 hours to get a number ported. I felt sorta bad on the last call because the CSR that answered was very nice even though I wasn't and completed the port in minutes without the BS excuses the first 2 were giving me.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the visible deal? I searched, but I don't see anything jumping out at me as a great deal needing a port-in number.

Got my sim card yesterday, asked for new number, I believe it has been activated, I haven't try it, one question does anyone tell how do i know which carrier my service is on? T-mobile or ATT?

Nvm.. figured.. ATT network..

Hi rusr,

If you don't intend on using the service after the first month you can give a call to our Care team to have them cancel your service after the first month. If you prefer not to call care then removing your card information and turning off auto pay would work as well.

I just got this, used it for two weeks, and then ported out. I only had to make one phone call to Boost, and it was less than 10 minutes. Port pin was set to 123456 like mentioned. Their online account was a trainwreck for me, but porting out wasn't any issue and port was complete within 30 minutes of the pin. Worked great to get a number for port-in promos.
