Maybe I'm just by myself on this, but I read all these reviews raving on this machine and I just don't see it. We've tried several different beans, grinder settings, milks, etc and just never have any consistency. Use it to make two drinks on avg a day for 9 months now. Maybe 1 drink a week do we say, "hey, that's decent … how did you do that?" Try again and nope.
I got this for our anniversary and if I didn't have this sunk cost of this machine, I would go back or purchase another machine. Just not that good or worth the price. Flame suit on … so go ahead and torch me that I don't know good coffee or machines. My body is ready.
If you like what you are getting with it then there's no need to switch. But if you go to a nice coffee shop and find what they make is better or more interesting than what you can make at home, then this is worth trying. Another thing to consider is the whole single use pod aspect, I don't like this K-Cup model, so much waste.
I have a different super-automatic and a pour-over setup, and I really don't spend money at Starbucks and whatnot anymore as I can make something just as good if not better at home for a fraction of the price.

It was disappointing because it takes time to experiment to get the setting you like and trying to get out the bitterness or acidity. I just ended up with a drip coffee machine that gives me consistent taste and bought a separate grinder. I think it may work for people who likes espresso based drinks.. but if you are looking for Americano and regular Coffee/Black from a espresso machine it is not good.
Afterwards, you can enter the code and get 20% off your cart purchase. With this discount, the 3200 comes out to $639.20 before tax.
And if you have a chase saphire card, you can get 1 year of free extended warranty when you make the purchase with it.

We have the same machine and at $700 is an amazing value. If you drink a coffee once in a while, it is just convenience because it makes great coffee drinks.
But if you are multiple heavy coffee drinkers at home, it is now both superb convenience and amazing value (cost).
TIA!

Compared to the Nespresso delonghi lattisima , This makes decent espresso, maybe a little less crema but it might be also the starbucks burnt to hell beans i'm using....As far as Latte/Cappuccino, this one is way more superior, the frother works way better and so much easier to clean. over all I'm very happy with my purchase, but I wouldn't pay $700 for it, its more like $400 machine.
